Max McNamara is the CEO and Co-Founder of Sky Cap Corp. Since co-founding the company in 2011 with his husband, Joseph, Max has played a central role in shaping Sky Cap Corp’s specialized approach, establishing a model in which travel professionals are trained specifically to manage complex medical cases with precision, discretion, and medical fluency.

 

At a time when no other travel agency in the United States focused solely on medical repatriation, Max recognized the need for a fundamentally different standard within the travel industry: one that combined advanced logistical expertise with a deep understanding of medical requirements and human vulnerability. This vision became the foundation of Sky Cap Corp’s mission and long-term success.

 

Originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Max relocated to Florida in 2010 and is now a full-time resident of West Palm Beach. His background in marketing, design, and brand development, combined with hands-on experience in medical escort operations, has informed the company’s positioning, growth strategy, and reputation for trust. Entirely self-made, he built his expertise through direct exposure to the realities of medical travel, working within the industry and alongside patients, families, medical professionals, and international partners long before founding Sky Cap Corp.
